* Actual speeds may be less due to a number of factors including network configuration, line quality and length, exchange type, customer premises interference, traffic and equipment. About 70% of customers on the 8000 Kbps service can access speeds around 5000 Kbps or more.

 

Setup Costs

All ADSL services have a setup fee, however if you take a contract with us, the fee can be reduced as per the table below.

You will also require an ADSL modem. If you take a 24 month contract with us a one port modem is included. If you are after a wireless modem for example or are after a shorter term contract, please contact our Sales team to enquire about our competitive modem prices.

ADSL Notes

  • Peak Time is 7:00am till 12:00am (midnight)
  • Off-Peak Time is 12:01am till 7:00am
  • Once you exceed either your Peak or Off-Peak download limit your account will be shaped for both Peak and Off-Peak hours (you can of course purchase a Datablock to unshape your account, see Datablocks for more details)
  • Credit card payment required
  • Monthly fee is paid in advance
  • Does not includes a modem or line filters, only the 24 month contract includes a modem
  • Plan can be upgraded with in the contract period, but not downgraded

Change of Speed

  • Changing the speed of your ADSL service will incurr a $55 charge.

Cancellation Fees

  • Service cancelled within the contract period, incurs a $99 cancellation fee
  • 24 month service cancelled, pay an additional fee for the modem
  • Churns cancelled within 6 months, incur a $75 cancellation fee
